Who We Are

Short version:

HILOS (Human Innovation Lab Operating System) is software for footwear, enabling every creator to design and launch 3D printed footwear.

Long version:

HILOS (Human Innovation Lab Operating System) is building the first 3D design platform made specifically for footwear - no CAD required. Powered by machine learning, our core geometry engine breaks down barriers between 2D and 3D, design and manufacturing.

Trained on brand-specific data—from lasts to materials to performance archives—Interplay unlocks new possibilities in design by bringing component-level intelligence to every sketch.
• Paired with HILOS Lab, a production hub pushing the limits of additive manufacturing, HILOS helps brands build faster, smarter, and more sustainably—without compromising craft.

HILOS works across all additive manufacturing platforms and has industry leading expertise in all forms of 3D printing including Resin, Filament, and powder based technologies.
