HILOS is building the first 3D design platform made specifically for footwear—no CAD required. Our cross-functional team sits at the intersection of footwear, software, and design, combining craft and intelligence to give creators a second brain and third hand.
We’re hiring a Marketing Lead to execute our go-to-market strategy, build our brand, and grow awareness among designers, manufacturers, and early adopters. You will work closely with product, design, and leadership to translate our vision into compelling messaging, campaigns, and experiences. This is a senior role reporting directly to the Creative Director.

- You have a strong grasp of brand, digital marketing, growth strategies, and storytelling, but are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute campaigns yourself.
- You understand both the technical and creative sides of product marketing, especially in a design-focused or deep-tech context.
As Marketing Lead, you will:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, partnerships, PR) that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to translate features and capabilities into compelling narratives for target users.
- Lead market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform marketing and product decisions.
- Measure and report on marketing effectiveness, continuously iterating to optimize ROI.
Necessary Experience
- 8+ years in marketing and creative roles, ideally in early-stage tech or design-focused startups.
- Demonstrated ability to craft and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy.
- Strong brand, storytelling, and content creation skills.
