We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our growing product team and help shape the future of collaborative design tools. We value curiosity, craft, and collaboration—and we’re looking for someone who is excited to work on technically challenging problems that directly impact creatives, makers, and teams in the footwear industry.

What You’ll Do

• Build polished, performant UIs using modern React (hooks, context, suspense), TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, 3D, and backend team to ship new features end-to-end
• Push the boundaries of what’s possible in the browser, optimizing for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Lead frontend architecture decisions and contribute to our component design system
• Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and guidance
• Help maintain a healthy engineering culture focused on empathy, quality, and continuous improvement

You Might Be a Good Fit If You

• Have 5+ years of experience building rich frontend applications in a modern JavaScript framework
• Are highly fluent in React and TypeScript, and comfortable working with complex state management and async flows
• Care deeply about user experience, performance, and accessibility
• Have experience working on design tools, real-time collaboration, or canvas-based UIs (e.g., Figma, Framer, Excalidraw, etc.)
• Are comfortable navigating ambiguity and enjoy working in a fast-paced, iterative product environment
• Thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas, feedback, and experiments are welcome

Bonus Points

• Experience with or strong interest in the footwear industry, design tools for physical products, or digital-to-physical workflows
• Background in 3D design, CAD, or spatial interfaces (e.g., working with tools like Rhino, Blender, or Autodesk Fusion)
• Experience with WebAssembly, WebGL, or low-level browser APIs
